It’s Friday everyone! I thought I’d share an Instagram round up of things I’ve been loving lately. It finally started to cool off in North Carolina the past few weeks, which makes decorating and dressing for Fall much more enjoyable! We paid a visit to our local pumpkin patch to pick out the perfect one {or two dozen..whoops!} and loved dressing up our front porch. I am in love with these front door wreaths from Genevieve Designs and she’s created the best fall bows for them! All her wreaths are interchangeable which makes them the perfect year round accessory for your home {you can see the one I use for spring and summer here} I’m also loving this gingham iPhone case from J. Crew. It’s on sale for less than $10 plus they’re taking an additional 30% off sale making it under $7! Perfect for turning your phone festive for the holidays {and doubles as a great stocking stuffer!} Being 9months pregnant makes getting dressed in the morning a not so fun event, but one thing I haven’t outgrown are these sunnies from Prada, I love the shape and tortoiseshell coloring. They’re not super expensive {although not cheap} but they will defiantly take you through every season. I had my last pair of sunglasses for over 6years {too long?} and am a big fan of finding classic pieces you’ll have forever- you can bet these new ones will be in my wardrobe for a while to come!

the swing top

 maternity / regular} / Sandals: Tory Burch / Bag: Louis Vuitton / Watch: Apple

This heat is no joke and since we got a little too much sun while we were on the water this weekend, I needed a cool {full coverage} top to get me through the day. Mott 50 was my go to since their Jane Swing top is a bamboo/ spandex blend + offers 50 UPF protection {just what I need!} It’s not maternity, but I sized up two sizes to accommodate my growing belly. I wasn’t able to find a widget link below {I linked the fitted version}, but you can find my exact top here. Mott 50 is a great company and all of their products {from swim suites to jackets} are certified UPF 50. It’s a great way to stay stylish while also staying sun safe {something I did not do this weekend…yikes!} My shorts are maternity from J. Crew, but because they’re so popular, they also come in the regular fit as well. I love the length {6″ for maternity & 4″ for regular} and for pregnant mama’s the belly fit is side paneling. I purchased these at the beginning of my second trimester and sized up based on J. Crew’s fitting chart and they’ve been great!

Ps. check out Mott 50’s Sonja Swim Dress {I linked two styles below}… It’s Ah-mazing!

{bump}day

 Lilly Pulitzer / Necklace: Lilly Pulitzer {similar} / Watch: MICHELE Clutch: J. McLaughlin {similar} / Wedges:Andre Assous

There’s no hiding this bump anymore! I dreaded putting on real clothes for the past few weeks because NOTHING fit so my motto had been ‘living in Lulu’ {which I love, don’t get me wrong} but sometimes a girl just wants to put on a dress! I took some time to get a maternity wardrobe together when my mom was in town last week and we found some great things at Lilly Pulitzer. This dress comes in so many prints {and stripes!} that it’s been a staple for me since last summer. It’s a boatneck dress, 3/4 sleeves, and the softest cotton {I’m all about comfort lately!} I wear it with sandals for running errands but dressed it up for a date night with my favorite wedges. I have been living in these things lately and you have to check them out, plus, they’re pretty affordable! My Pineapple necklace is sold in Lilly Pulitzer stores, but not online so make sure to check out your local store if you love it. I linked the Jellyfish version below.

Check out how I styled this same dress {sans bump} in stripes last summer here– it’s a closet staple for sure!

Rain or Shine

Top: Lilly Pulitzer ℅ Bluetique / Shorts: J. Crew / Bag: Kelly Wynne ℅ Bluetique / Watch: MICHELE / Flats: Tory Burch

Nails: Sally Hansen

Lilly Pulitzer is always a good idea, but I especially appreciate it when it’s raining! A fun, bright print on a rainy day just makes everything more cheery and I fell in love with La Via Loca {see more of the print here} The Elsa top is great for everyday wear {especially when you’re growing a human!} and is flattering on most body types. I paired mine with these oh so comfortable J. Crew denim shorts {they’re maternity, but you can shop the regular version here} I’ve had my eye on this Kelly Wynne Halo bag since I saw her Spring line a few months ago, and it doesn’t disappoint! It comes in three prints and they’re all winners {if you ask me!}
